Important Announcement: New CPCB-IV Compliant Generators Coming Soon to Mitigate Air Pollution

As per Direction No. 73 issued by the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), certain restrictions will be imposed on the usage of DG sets during the implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) period. These restrictions aim to mitigate air pollution and promote sustainable energy practices.

In light of these regulations, we are pleased to inform you that several companies are actively working on launching CPCB-IV compliant generators. These generators will be designed to operate without the need for Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECD) or Dual Fuel Kits. The expected launch of these advanced generators is tentatively scheduled for July.

While discussing this matter, we would like to acknowledge that the Confederation of Bahadurgarh Industries (COBI) does not support the use of generators. However, we are currently engaged in constructive discussions with the government to ensure that adequate and uninterrupted electricity supply is provided to all industrial areas in the Jhajjar district.

We understand that a reliable power supply is crucial for the smooth operation of our industries. Therefore, we urge you to consider these upcoming developments while planning for any future purchases of generator sets.
