COBI’s High-Level Meeting with Dignitaries to Address Industrial Electricity Issues in Jhajjar District

Today, on 18 October 2023, Honorable Electricity Minister of Haryana Chaudhary Ranjit Singh Ji, Honorable MP Dr. Arvind Sharma Ji, Honorable Deputy Commissioner of Jhajjar District Sir Captain Shakti Singh Ji, Honorable SDM of Bahadurgarh Sir Shri Anil Yadav Ji, Director of Haryana Electricity Department Sir. Shri Ashwani Raheja ji, Chairperson of Bahadurgarh Municipal Council Mrs. Saroj Rathi ji, former MLA Shri Naresh Kaushik ji, and other distinguished guests and government officials , On the invitation of Cobi, he came to the conference hall of Ganpati Dham temple to meet the industrialists.
Nowadays, the problem related to electricity in the industries of the district has become a big problem for the industrialists of our district. Due to lack of adequate power supply, there is loss in production as well as loss in the country’s revenue.
During this meeting, Chairman of COBI, Mr. Praveen Garg, while addressing the stage, presented the problems of electricity related industries before the Minister, which mainly included lack of sufficient electricity, lack of basic facilities in any electricity office of the district , to outline the pending work of 2 substation in MIA industrial area, and requested for proper redressal of other electricity problems as soon as possible.
Along with this, Vice President of COBI Mr. Vipin Bajaj, General Secretary Mr. Pradeep Kol, Treasurer Mr. Ashok Kumar Mittal and other executive members of COBI and honorable industrialists of the district Mr. Surendra Vashishtha, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Mrs. Rinki Kapoor , Mr. Sushil Pareek ji, Mr. Purshottam Goyal ji, Ravi Chamaria ji, Mr. Sunil Garg ji, Mr. Ganesh Gupta ji, Mr. Naval Garg ji, Sardar Amrik Singh ji, Mr. Manish Gupta ji, Mr. Deepak Sahni ji, Mr. Nardev Dahiya ji, Mr. Satish Agarwal ji , Shri Satyaveer Hooda ji, other distinguished industrialists and members of COBI were present and during the in-house discussion, they presented their problems related to electricity before the Minister.
Minister, MP and other distinguished guests listened to everything very attentively and assured to solve these problems of the industrialists soon and said that I will be in constant touch with the industrialists of Jhajjar district and also instructed the higher officials that Along with COBI, form a monitoring committee of the electricity officers of the district and prepare minutes of the meeting regarding whatever problems or suggestions arise and stay in touch with the Head Office Panchkula and the Ministry of Electricity . He also said that I will be in touch with all the industries and will try to resolve whatever problems your industries are facing by monitoring them myself so that the industries can get adequate power supply 24 x 7 and there is no reduction in the revenue and employment of the industries.
