Request for making a helpdesk for EPF queries at COBI office

the regional office of EPFO is situated at Rohtak, Haryana, which is at a distance of around 50 km from Bahadurgarh. It is not feasible for every employee registered under EPFO to visit the regional office. In this regard a request is sent by COBI to RO, EPFO to make a help desk for EPF related queries at registered COBI Office which would function on fortnight, weekly, or monthly basis (depending upon the number of queries received).
